Jett Barbecue’s Smoked Beef Cheek Burger & Sando

This April, we're turning up the heat with Jett Barbecue for our Proper Guest Chef Series at The Feather Blade.  To mark this exclusive collab, Chef Jett, the Texan BBQ smokehouse Maestro, will debut Jett Barbecue’s Smoked Beef Cheek Burger & Sando at Tanjong Pagar and East Coast respectively, priced at $32 each. An item not available on his regular menu. 

Crafted from the finest Australian beef cheeks that are seasoned withChef Jett's secret blend of spices and slow-smoked for 6 to 8 hours, this smoked meat masterpiece boasts a signature flavoursome bark with a subtle whiff of smoke. Each Burger/Sando comes decked with Feather Blade onion rings, crisp lettuce and Jett Barbecue’s mouthwatering tangy horseradish BBQ sauce for the ultimate flavour and texture bomb of a bite.
